Room Conversion

Exeter Building Maintenance (EBM) have completed a room conversion at a local Doctor's surgery to create a new clinical room.

The existing staff kitchen area was divided with a sound proof wall, new kitchen units were installed with new electric sockets and plumbing.

In the new clinical room an aluminium window was fitted to match the rest of the building. A new fire rated door & frame had to be created to access the room from the existing hallway.

New cupboards, sink, electrics, radiator and vinyl floor were added to finish the room.
